Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc65 Manpower Planning &amp; Budgeting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Plan and forecast manpower requirements for assigned units in line with business needs and budgets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure timely recruitment and smooth onboarding in coordination with Head Office HR and recruitment partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Monitor manpower costs and optimize workforce utilization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\uddfe Attendance, Payroll &amp; HR Operations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Oversee accurate attendance management for on-roll and outsourced employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure timely submission of attendance and payroll inputs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Review duty rosters, shift schedules, and leave records to ensure operational coverage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd04 Employee Life Cycle Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including induction, probation, confirmation, transfers, and exits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure proper documentation for confirmations, resignations, and full &amp; final settlements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain updated employee records and personnel files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd1d Employee Relations &amp; Discipline<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure fair and timely resolution of employee issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Monitor discipline and attendance and initiate corrective actions when required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Handle cases related to misconduct and policy violations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf93 Training &amp; Employee Engagement<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct induction programs for new employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support training and development initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Drive engagement and employee welfare activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Implement initiatives to improve retention and morale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2696\ufe0f Statutory Compliance &amp; Labour Laws<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain statutory registers and records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities when required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udfe2 Administration &amp; Asset Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage issuance and recovery of employee assets such as ID cards and uniforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Provide HR administrative support to regional operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure proper asset recovery during employee exit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcca Reporting &amp; Documentation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Track attrition, attendance, and workforce trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain confidentiality of HR records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udce2 Communication &amp;
