Pre-Sales Automation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Design chatbot journeys for lead qualification, project discovery, appointment scheduling, and pre-visit engagement<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Optimize digital flows to improve lead readiness and on-site conversion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Continuously refine conversational logic based on analytics and behavioural insights<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd1d Vendor &amp; Stakeholder Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Identify and onboard technology partners and solution providers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Define scope, commercials, timelines, and KPIs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Act as the bridge between business teams and technology vendors<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Monitor performance and drive ROI-focused improvements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcca Business Alignment &amp;
