\u2013 7\u201310 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner roles<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Prior experience in Real Estate \/ Construction industry preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Good analytical ability with experience in HR metrics reporting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Sound knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
