-Maintain strong working relationships with municipal authorities, development authorities, police, labour departments, and other regulatory bodies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure timely submission of statutory returns, challans, and required documentation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Draft formal communications and correspondence to government departments<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate with consultants for documentation, presentations, and approval processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Engage with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance-related follow-ups<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Maintain cordial relationships with local administration and community stakeholders<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Prepare and maintain daily MIS and status reports related to approvals and compliance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udc64 Desired Candidate Profile<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 15+ years of experience in liaison roles within reputed real estate organizations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and statutory compliance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Excellent drafting and communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong government relationship management capabilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and approvals simultaneously<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proactive, well-connected, and solution-oriented approach<\/p>\n\n\n\n
