-Manage on-site execution of HVAC, Electrical, and Firefighting systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Oversee installation and commissioning of sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, fire extinguishers, and pre-action systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Plan manpower, materials, and resources for smooth project execution<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Conduct billing verification and rate analysis for MEP works<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Perform risk assessments and ensure adherence to workplace safety standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Monitor project schedules, track progress, and highlight snagging\/deficiency points<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely closure of MEP activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 Required Skills & Experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 7\u201310 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out MEP projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and fire protection systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience in site coordination, billing, and rate analysis<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Good understanding of project timelines and quality control<\/p>\n\n\n\n
