-Lead, mentor, and monitor Sales Officers \/ Territory Sales Executives<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and review KPIs regularly<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Execute trade schemes, promotional activities, and local marketing initiatives<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor insights and customer feedback<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure timely collections and adherence to company policies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 Required Skills & Experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 6\u201310 years of experience in FMCG \/ Retail \/ Consumer Goods sales<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong experience in distributor handling and territory management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Good analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong leadership and team management capabilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools<\/p>\n\n\n\n
