-Support budgeting and financial documentation for HR & Admin functions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Drive employee engagement and employer branding initiatives<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udf93 Skills & Qualifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Bachelor\u2019s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 7+ years of HR & Administration experience in a corporate\/professional setup<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong organizational skills with high attention to confidentiality<\/p>\n\n\n\n
