Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Handle walk-in and inbound leads at the project site<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Conduct site visits and explain project offerings to customers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into bookings<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate with pre-sales and CRM teams for lead management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support documentation and booking formalities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Maintain accurate sales records and daily activity reports<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Skills & Experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience in real estate sales preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong communication and negotiation skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Target-oriented and customer-focused approach<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Willingness to work on-site and meet clients regularly<\/p>\n\n\n\n
