Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly targets<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Drive site sales, customer meetings, and deal closures<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate with pre-sales and CRM teams for lead management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Track daily sales activity, pipeline, and conversion ratios<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support negotiations and handle high-value customer interactions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure smooth customer journey from enquiry to booking<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Experience & Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong experience in real estate sales (residential\/commercial)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proven ability to manage and motivate sales teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Target-driven and customer-focused approach<\/p>\n\n\n\n
