Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Lead end-to-end business operations for residential and\/or commercial projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Drive revenue, sales planning, pricing strategy, and inventory movement<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Oversee sales, marketing, pre-sales, and channel partner functions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Monitor project performance, budgets, and profitability metrics<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Collaborate with construction, design, legal, finance, and CRM teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure strong customer experience from enquiry to handover<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Build, mentor, and manage high-performing cross-functional teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Present MIS, performance dashboards, and strategic updates to leadership<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Experience & Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong experience in the real estate industry (residential and\/or commercial)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proven leadership in managing multi-functional teams and large projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Expertise in sales strategy, operations, and business growth<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Results-oriented mindset with hands-on execution capability<\/p>\n\n\n\n
