Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Define and execute sales strategy for residential and commercial projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Drive revenue generation, pricing strategy, inventory movement, and forecasting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Lead, mentor, and scale on-site sales and channel partner teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Oversee lead conversion from enquiry to closure in coordination with pre-sales teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Manage channel partners including onboarding, engagement, and performance tracking<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Lead high-value negotiations and key customer closures<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing dynamics<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Track sales MIS, dashboards, and performance metrics<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure a seamless and professional customer experience throughout the sales cycle<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Experience & Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-20+ years of experience in real estate sales, covering both residential and commercial projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proven track record of handling large-ticket projects and revenue targets<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong expertise in sales planning, pricing, channel management, and negotiations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Results-driven mindset with strong market and customer understanding<\/p>\n\n\n\n
