Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Customer Engagement & Solution Design<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Engage with enterprise customers to understand IAM requirements and security challenges<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Translate business needs into secure, scalable IAM\/IDAM solution architectures<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Design end-to-end IAM solutions covering authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, governance, and privileged access<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Technical Leadership<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Lead technical solutioning during pre-sales discussions, RFP\/RFI responses, and workshops<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Architect solutions using leading IAM platforms such as Okta, CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, BeyondTrust, or similar<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Create solution blueprints, HLDs, LLDs, and implementation roadmaps<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Proof of Concept & Technical Wins<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Plan and execute PoCs aligned with customer use cases<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Validate integrations, performance, and solution feasibility<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support technical evaluations to drive successful deal closures<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Implementation & Advisory<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solution designs are implemented as planned<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Provide technical guidance during implementation and post-deployment phases<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure best practices related to security, scalability, and compliance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stakeholder Collaboration<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Work closely with sales, pre-sales, delivery teams, and OEM partners<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholders<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Skills & Experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM \/ IDAM<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Prior experience with system integrators, cybersecurity firms, or IAM-focused organizations preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Technical Expertise<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong understanding of IAM concepts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Identity Lifecycle Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Single Sign-On (SSO)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Privileged Access Management (PAM)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Okta, CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, BeyondTrust, or equivalent<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Knowledge of directory services (AD, LDAP), APIs, cloud platforms, and integrations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Familiarity with security protocols: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-IAM certifications (Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Saviynt, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience with cloud and hybrid IAM architectures<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Exposure to regulated environments (BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
