Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Manage overall purchase operations including cost negotiation, sourcing, vendor development, and strategic procurement<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Handle procurement of AV, Structured Cabling, UPS, and IT solutions from OEMs and distributors (domestic & overseas)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Drive vendor onboarding, evaluation, and performance management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support sales and project teams with deal-specific pricing, validity tracking, and commercial coordination<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Execute procurement for large corporate projects and high-value transactions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure timely PO creation, GRN, inventory tracking, and MIS reporting through ERP systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate logistics, delivery schedules, and follow-ups for time-bound project execution<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Validate invoices, manage GST compliance, credit\/debit notes, and material quality checks<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Research and onboard new suppliers and alternate sourcing options<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Collaborate closely with sales, design, projects, and service teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Systems & Tools<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-ERP exposure preferred (SAP \/ Tally or equivalent)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Advanced Excel for MIS, trackers, inventory valuation, and vendor analysis<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Skills & Competencies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong commercial negotiation and sourcing skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Hands-on experience with OEMs and distributors (non-tender, non-government)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Excellent stakeholder management, including senior leadership interaction<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong understanding of procurement cycles, logistics, and supply chain coordination<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-High numerical accuracy and analytical capability<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Bachelor\u2019s Degree (Commerce preferred)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Relevant experience in IT\/AV\/Infrastructure procurement preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n
