Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate day-to-day execution of structured cabling, IT networking, and data center infrastructure activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support Project Managers in planning work schedules, manpower allocation, and material requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Track site progress and follow up with contractors and vendors to ensure timely execution<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Maintain comprehensive project documentation including as-built drawings, test reports, patching details, trackers, and MOMs<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports, dashboards, and highlight risks, delays, or dependencies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate with consultants, OEMs, and client teams for inspections, approvals, audits, and sign-offs<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support project handover documentation and warranty-related submissions as required<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Diploma \/ BE \/ BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or related disciplines<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 2\u20135 years of experience in IT infrastructure, structured cabling, data center, or networking projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Hands-on knowledge of UTP & fiber cabling, racks, containment, pathways, labeling, and patching<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong understanding of industry standards for structured cabling and passive infrastructure<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience in managing documentation such as BOQs, test reports, trackers, and as-built drawings<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proficient in MS Excel for dashboards, MIS reporting, and project tracking<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors, contractors, and site teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience handling multiple projects across locations is an added advantage<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preferred (Good to Have)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Exposure to cabling or networking certifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Familiarity with testing tools used for cabling and network validation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Basic understanding of project management frameworks<\/p>\n\n\n\n
