We are looking for experienced Non-IT Recruiters to manage end-to-end hiring for mid to senior-level roles. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, hands-on experience with job portals, and excellent coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udccc Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT roles<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Source candidates through job portals, databases, and referrals<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and reports using Excel<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure timely closures and adherence to hiring timelines<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udfaf Skills & Requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Minimum 3\u20134 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong working knowledge of MS Excel<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Good English communication skills (verbal & written)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n
