Government Liaisoning<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Act as the primary point of contact with local, state, and central government authorities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Build and maintain strong working relationships with officials, regulatory bodies, and departments<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Track updates in laws, regulations, and policies impacting real estate and construction<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Approvals & Permissions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate and secure approvals, permits, licenses, and clearances for projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Prepare, submit, and track statutory applications and documentation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Follow up with authorities to resolve delays, objections, or compliance gaps<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Compliance & Regulatory Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure compliance with land laws, building regulations, environmental norms, and statutory requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Conduct periodic compliance reviews and identify potential risks<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Develop internal processes to maintain ongoing regulatory adherence<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stakeholder & Relationship Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Represent the organization in meetings, negotiations, and discussions with authorities and external stakeholders<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Maintain relationships with industry bodies, consultants, and local stakeholders<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Project Support & Documentation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support project teams, architects, and contractors on regulatory matters<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Assist in preparation and review of land documents, NOCs, agreements, and approvals<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure accuracy and compliance in all liaisoning-related documentation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Advisory & Risk Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Provide guidance on regulatory risks, policy changes, and approval strategies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Monitor industry trends and recommend process improvements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udfaf Required Skills & Experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 10\u201318 years of experience in liaisoning \/ regulatory affairs within real estate<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong knowledge of real estate laws, building codes, and approval processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience working with local, state, and central authorities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
