Land Sourcing & Feasibility<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Identify potential land parcels aligned with development strategy<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Conduct market research and assess zoning, land use, and development potential<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Evaluate technical and commercial feasibility of shortlisted sites<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Negotiation & Acquisition<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Lead negotiations with landowners, brokers, and intermediaries<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Finalize commercial terms, agreements, and acquisition structures<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure timely closure of land deals in line with project timelines<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Due Diligence & Compliance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate legal, technical, and financial due diligence activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Review land titles, ownership records, and statutory documentation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure compliance with local land laws, zoning norms, and regulations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stakeholder Coordination<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Liaise with internal teams including legal, finance, and engineering<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate with government authorities for approvals and clearances<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Manage external consultants, surveyors, and legal advisors<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reporting & Documentation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Prepare acquisition proposals, feasibility reports, and budgets<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Present land acquisition cases to senior management for approvals<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Maintain accurate records and MIS related to land transactions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udfaf Qualifications & Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 4\u201315 years of experience in land acquisition or real estate development<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Bachelor\u2019s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong knowledge of land laws, zoning regulations, and documentation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong analytical, communication, and reporting abilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
