-Lead project funding activities including construction finance, project loans, and working capital<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Independently manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and financial institutions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Handle end-to-end loan documentation, CP\/CS compliance, and disbursement processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure timely fund drawdowns aligned with project milestones<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Prepare and manage project cash flows, feasibility reports, and funding MIS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate with valuers, legal teams, auditors, trustees, and insurance partners<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support accounts management, books finalisation, and taxation activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Oversee RERA-related financial compliance and reporting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Provide accurate financial insights to support funding and business decisions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udfaf Skills & Experience Required<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 4\u201312 years of experience in real estate funding \/ project finance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong exposure to lender coordination and structured financing<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Good understanding of cash flow management and feasibility analysis<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience handling compliance documentation and financial MIS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
