1)Project Operations & Execution<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Plan and manage project startup activities in line with approved schedules<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate with clients for site readiness, storage allocation, and execution approvals<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Review and validate drawings, documents, and site-specific design requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Deploy and manage dedicated engineers, vendors, contractors, and manpower<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Prepare and communicate detailed execution plans to avoid delays<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Monitor installation activities, site safety, and quality compliance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure effective material management, minimizing wastage and rework<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Coordinate with internal teams for troubleshooting, shutdowns, and startups<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Optimize project processes to reduce lead time and accelerate revenue realization<\/p>\n\n\n\n
