Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1)Strategic Procurement<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Define and execute procurement strategies aligned with project and business needs<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers while negotiating optimal commercial terms<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2)Vendor & Contractor Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure timely material delivery and effective resolution of supply issues<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate with contractors for manpower deployment at project sites<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3)Product & Industry Knowledge<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Maintain in-depth understanding of relevant products and systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Track industry trends, technology advancements, and market availability<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4)Quality & Compliance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Collaborate with quality teams to define and enforce material standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Conduct regular supplier audits and ensure regulatory compliance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5)Cost Optimization<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Negotiate pricing and contracts to achieve cost efficiencies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Identify continuous cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6)Inventory & Planning<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Optimize inventory levels for critical and fast-moving items<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Forecast material requirements based on project pipelines<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7)Contract Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Manage supplier contracts, renewals, amendments, and compliance to terms<\/p>\n\n\n\n
