Revenue Growth<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Identify and onboard new airline, corporate, and agency partnerships<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across B2B channels<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Lead negotiations with airline partners to secure commercial agreements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Program Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Design and manage airline sales programs, incentives, and promotional campaigns<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Track program performance and optimize outcomes through data analysis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Align programs with partner objectives and market dynamics<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Relationship Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Act as the primary point of contact for airline and key travel partners<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Strengthen relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure high service standards and partner satisfaction<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strategic Planning &amp; Reporting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Present periodic business reviews to leadership and partners<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Team Leadership<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Lead, mentor, and develop sales and program teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Operational Oversight<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Oversee ticketing, reservations, and customer support coordination<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Work closely with GDS platforms to ensure operational efficiency<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure compliance with industry regulations and partner standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Required Skills &amp;
