Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Define and execute sales & marketing strategy aligned with long-term business growth<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Drive sales planning, pricing strategy, inventory optimization, and revenue forecasting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Lead and scale on-site sales teams, pre-sales functions, and channel partner networks<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Oversee digital, offline, and experiential marketing initiatives to generate high-quality leads<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Optimize the lead-to-conversion funnel in collaboration with marketing and pre-sales teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Build and manage channel partner strategy including onboarding, engagement, and performance tracking<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements to refine go-to-market plans<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Lead high-value negotiations, key closures, and strategic customer engagements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure a consistent and premium customer experience from enquiry to booking<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Track and review sales MIS, dashboards, and performance metrics with leadership<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Build, mentor, and retain high-performing sales and marketing teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Experience & Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 20+ years of experience in real estate sales & marketing, covering both residential and commercial assets<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proven leadership in managing large-scale projects and high revenue targets<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong expertise in sales strategy, pricing, channel management, and marketing campaigns<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Deep understanding of buyer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive positioning<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong execution mindset with a results-driven and customer-centric approach<\/p>\n\n\n\n
