Key Responsibilities :<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound calling<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Follow up on leads received from marketing campaigns and channel partners<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Engage prospects for residential projects and schedule site visits<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Maintain and update lead data accurately in CRM\/software systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Handle calls, WhatsApp, and message-based enquiries professionally<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Track follow-ups and ensure timely conversion of leads<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Achieve weekly and monthly site visit and lead conversion targets<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support onboarding and servicing of existing clients<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Skills & Qualifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Minimum 2+ years of experience in pre-sales or tele sales within real estate<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong experience in calling, convincing, and lead conversion<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Good coordination skills across internal teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Quick learner with adaptability to fast-paced environments<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Customer-focused mindset with relationship-building ability<\/p>\n\n\n\n
