Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Oversee commercial and procurement activities across multiple projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and profitability analysis<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Handle contract management, procurement planning, vendor negotiations, and finalization<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Drive cost optimization and ensure timely material and service delivery<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Collaborate with project and operations teams to mitigate risks and improve efficiencies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and regulatory requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Prepare MIS, financial reports, and commercial performance updates for leadership<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Identify commercial risks and recommend corrective actions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Lead, mentor, and guide the commercial\/procurement team<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Qualifications & Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Civil Engineering graduate or equivalent qualification<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 10\u201315 years of experience in commercial, procurement, or project management roles<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong expertise in budgeting, cost control, contracts, procurement, and vendor management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Sound knowledge of statutory compliance and contractual frameworks<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proven leadership and team management capability<\/p>\n\n\n\n
