Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the post-sales lifecycle<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Manage customer interactions related to handover, documentation, queries, and service requests<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns with a customer-first approach<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate with internal teams (sales, projects, finance, legal) for issue resolution<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Generate reports and MIS for customer status, escalations, and closures<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure adherence to defined TATs and service standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Build long-term customer relationships through proactive communication<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Skills & Qualifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Business Administration or a related field<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Minimum 4+ years of experience in CRM front-end or post-sales roles<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Prior experience in the real estate sector is strongly preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Far Vision or similar systems)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong understanding of CRM processes and customer service best practices<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder coordination skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
