Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Identify and onboard new customers across assigned industrial segments<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Generate enquiries through direct visits to consultants, architects, PMCs, contractors, and engineers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order closure<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and technical seminars<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Handle commercial negotiations and finalize contracts<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate site visits to assess feasibility prior to execution and installation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Achieve assigned sales targets and drive territory growth<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Act as a coordination point between customers and internal teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Share market feedback, competitor insights, and customer inputs with leadership<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preferred Background<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Degree in Mechanical \/ Engineering; MBA (Marketing) preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience in direct industrial sales (not channel\/dealer sales)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Exposure to capital goods, heavy engineering, construction equipment, material handling, welding equipment, or similar industrial products<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience selling to industries such as manufacturing, process plants, infrastructure, or engineering-led environments<\/p>\n\n\n\n
