Key Responsibilities
-Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns for residential projects
-Manage media planning, creative agencies, and marketing vendors
-Drive lead generation through digital platforms, portals, social media, and performance marketing
-Execute offline initiatives including events, hoardings, site branding, and print media
-Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI
-Coordinate with sales and pre-sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion
-Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine marketing strategies
-Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal utilization

Required Skills & Experience
\u2013 10+ years of experience in real estate marketing
-Strong expertise in ATL, BTL, traditional, and digital marketing
-Hands-on experience with digital campaigns, portals, social media, and lead funnels
-Experience working with agencies, media partners, and vendors
-Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
