Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Define and execute residential sales & marketing strategy aligned with business growth goals<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Drive sales planning, pricing strategy, inventory movement, and revenue forecasting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Lead and scale on-site sales teams, pre-sales, and channel partner networks<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Oversee digital, offline, and experiential marketing initiatives to generate high-quality leads<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Optimize lead-to-conversion funnel in collaboration with marketing and pre-sales teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Manage channel partner strategy including onboarding, engagement, and performance tracking<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements to refine go-to-market plans<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Lead negotiations, key customer closures, and high-value deal conversions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure consistent customer experience from enquiry to booking<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Track sales MIS, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership review<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Build and mentor high-performing sales and marketing teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Experience & Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-20+ years of experience in residential real estate sales & marketing<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proven leadership in managing large-scale residential projects and revenue targets<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong expertise in sales strategy, pricing, channel management, and marketing campaigns<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Deep understanding of buyer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive positioning<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ability to drive execution with a results-focused and customer-centric approach<\/p>\n\n\n\n
