Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field sales activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Present products\/services effectively to prospective clients<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Understand client requirements and convert leads into a strong sales pipeline<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Prepare quotations, proposals, and support price negotiations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Maintain accurate sales records and follow-ups<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Skills & Qualifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ability to pitch solutions confidently and handle objections<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Go-getter attitude with a target-driven mindset<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Educational background in MBA \/ MCA \/ BE (IT\/EC) or similar is preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Work Details<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Field-based sales role<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Working hours: 9:45 AM \u2013 6:30 PM<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Weekly off: Sundays + alternate Saturdays<\/p>\n\n\n\n
