Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Lead and mentor a team of designers and visualizers to deliver consistent, high-impact creative output.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Own concept development and visual storytelling across print, digital, social, video, and outdoor media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines, quality standards, and project briefs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Review, refine, and approve creative deliverables before final release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Present concepts and creative rationale confidently to internal stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Manage timelines, priorities, and multiple projects without compromising quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, including AI-driven design solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Skills & Experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 10+ years of experience in creative agencies or in-house design teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proven experience leading and mentoring design teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong command of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Working knowledge of AI-based design tools (e.g., generative design platforms).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preferred Experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Background in agency environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience working on real estate, lifestyle, or large-scale branding campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
