Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns for project launches and long-term brand building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Convert business and product briefs into compelling creative directions and oversee execution across ATL, BTL, and digital media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Define and evolve brand positioning across multiple markets and customer segments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Collaborate with media agencies on ATL\/BTL planning and campaign rollout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Work closely with internal creative teams and external partners to deliver impactful brand communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Track campaign performance, analyze insights, and optimize communication for effectiveness and ROI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Develop region-specific brand narratives aligned with local consumer behavior and market dynamics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Partner with Sales, Digital, Research, and Product teams for integrated go-to-market execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Monitor industry trends, competition, and emerging platforms to keep brand communication relevant and differentiated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Hands-on experience managing creative and media agencies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Deep understanding of consumer insights and brand strategy<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ability to translate business objectives into creative communication<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-High aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments<\/p>\n\n\n\n
