Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cfAnalyze current-state processes such as work order lifecycle, MES\u2013ERP interfaces, and warehouse operations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cfIdentify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Lead requirements gathering for initiatives covering:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cfWork Orders (WO), Sales Orders (SO), PR\/PO, MRP, and supplier promise date automation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cfWarehouse picklists, kitting, shipping, and consumables forecasting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cfInvoice validation and AI-assisted matching processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Document business requirements, functional specifications, data mappings, and process flows<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Define integration requirements across MES, Oracle ERP, WMS, and third-party systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support solution design, UAT planning, test case preparation, and defect resolution<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure solutions align with defined business rules including yield, shrinkage, and component usage<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support change management, user training, and rollout readiness<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Qualifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 6+ years of Business Analysis experience within manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong functional expertise in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cfOracle ERP (SCM, Purchasing, Inventory, WIP, Receiving)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cfMES systems and shop-floor processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proven experience with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cfMRP-driven PR\/PO processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cfWarehouse and shipping workflows<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cfSupplier promise date and order management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience with WMS implementations or scanner-based warehouse operations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Exposure to AI-enabled finance or supply chain automation use cases<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-SQL or data analysis skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-CBAP or equivalent business analysis certification<\/p>\n\n\n\n
