Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Manage end-to-end pre-sales operations through inbound and outbound calling<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Lead and monitor a team of pre-sales executives to achieve lead qualification and site visit targets<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure timely follow-ups, lead nurturing, and accurate CRM updates<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Work closely with marketing teams on lead quality and campaign performance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate with site sales teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Track daily MIS, conversion ratios, and team productivity<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Drive process improvements and maintain high customer experience standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Experience & Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proven experience in real estate pre-sales \/ call center operations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong team handling and performance management skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead tracking tools<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong analytical skills to monitor conversions and optimize performance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
