Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Project Planning & Monitoring<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Develop baseline and rolling project schedules aligned with production and site execution<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Track planned vs actual progress across engineering, production, dispatch, and erection<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Identify schedule risks, slippages, and recovery actions in coordination with project teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Maintain integrated control schedules across multiple concurrent projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. MIS & Management Reporting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Prepare weekly and monthly MIS dashboards covering:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Planned vs actual progress<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Billing vs targets<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Key delays, risks, and recovery actions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Short-term look-ahead plans (2-week \/ 4-week)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Present structured, decision-ready reports to senior leadership<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Billing, Measurement & Certification<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate preparation of RA bills, client invoices, and measurement statements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure billing aligns with executed quantities and contractual milestones<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Liaise with clients, consultants, and PMCs for timely certification and approvals<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Track billing status, certifications, and receivable triggers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Client, Consultant & Internal Coordination<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Act as the coordination bridge between:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Internal project and plant teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Clients<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Architects, structural, services consultants, and PMCs<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Track commitments, approvals, and clarifications to closure<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Prevent downstream execution delays through proactive follow-ups<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5. Drawings, CAD & Documentation Control<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Review GFC and shop drawings for planning and billing relevance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Maintain drawing registers, revision controls, and approval trackers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure drawing changes are reflected in schedules and billing quantities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6. Cross-Project Integration<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support standardization of planning, billing, and reporting processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Enable best-practice sharing across projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Work closely with finance teams for billing forecasts and cash-flow visibility<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Technical Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Advanced MS Excel (trackers, MIS, pivot tables, formulas)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong understanding of project planning concepts<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Working knowledge of CAD drawings and construction documentation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Exposure to precast execution sequencing preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n
