Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
IT Strategy & Governance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Define and execute the IT roadmap aligned with business goals and expansion plans<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Establish IT policies, SOPs, controls, and governance frameworks to ensure standardization, compliance, and risk mitigation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure audit readiness and adherence to IT controls and compliance requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
IT Operations & Infrastructure<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Oversee day-to-day IT operations to ensure system stability, availability, and minimal downtime<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, databases, storage, hardware, and cloud environments<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Drive service reliability, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ERP & Business Applications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Lead ERP implementation, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and performance optimization<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure data accuracy, role-based access, system availability, and smooth functioning of ERP and business applications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency across functions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cybersecurity & Business Continuity<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls including access management, firewalls, endpoint security, and vulnerability assessments<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Plan and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Establish and enforce data security policies to protect organizational information<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Vendor, Asset & Cost Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Manage external vendors, system integrators, consultants, and AMC partners<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Oversee IT procurement, asset lifecycle management, license compliance, and cost optimization initiatives<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Define and monitor SOPs for IT asset issuance, tracking, maintenance, recovery, and audits<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Team Leadership & Capability Building<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Lead, mentor, and develop the internal IT team across technical and functional areas<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Conduct regular skill gap assessments and design training programs covering system usage, cybersecurity awareness, and new technologies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Promote best practices and standardized IT processes across locations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Key Skills & Competencies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong hands-on expertise in ERP systems, IT infrastructure, networking, databases, and cybersecurity<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Solid understanding of IT governance, controls, compliance, and audit frameworks<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience in manufacturing, textile, apparel, or export-driven environments preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
