Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Lead digital marketing initiatives across SEO, social media, email campaigns, and content platforms<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Plan and manage marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness and lead conversion<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Oversee CRM usage for lead tracking, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive brand messaging<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Track performance using analytics tools and optimize campaigns based on insights<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proven experience in marketing leadership, preferably within real estate or a related industry<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ability to work independently while leading cross-functional collaboration<\/p>\n\n\n\n
