Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Group Consolidation & Financial Reporting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Collect and review standalone financial statements from multiple entities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Analyze major variances and ensure consistency in accounting treatments and classifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Perform related-party reconciliations and eliminations during consolidation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Prepare consolidated financial statements along with supporting schedules<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Extract financial data from ERP systems and prepare ratio analysis and analytical reports for management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Standalone Financials & Audit Support<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate preparation of standalone financial statements for assigned entities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Compile financial data and supporting documents from ERP and internal systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Liaise with statutory auditors and manage audit deliverables<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Respond to audit queries and ensure timely closures<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Budgeting & Forecasting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support the annual budgeting process across business units<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate with business heads and finance teams to gather budget inputs<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Assist in preparation of consolidated budgets and forecasts<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Prepare analytical summaries and budget decks for senior management review<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Cross-Functional Coordination<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments for consolidation, budgeting, and audit activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure clarity, accuracy, and timely resolution of data-related queries<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Maintain effective communication to support financial governance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Qualifications & Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 2 years post-qualification experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong understanding of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Financial statements and consolidation principles<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Budgeting and forecasting processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Hands-on experience with SAP (FI\/CO preferred)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ability to work under tight timelines with attention to detail<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Prior exposure to consolidation, audit, budgeting, or MIS will be an advantage<\/p>\n\n\n\n
