Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Financial Management & Reporting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Oversee accounting and finance operations for multiple project SPVs<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure timely preparation and finalization of standalone and consolidated financial statements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, and InvIT regulations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Review tax provisioning and disclosures in line with statutory requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Assess tax implications of refinancing, restructuring, and strategic transactions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Compliance & Audit<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Companies Act, and regulatory filings<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Oversee timely filing of returns, ROC submissions, and regulatory reports<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Treasury & Cash Flow<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Monitor SPV-level cash flows and working capital requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support cash optimization and funding initiatives<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Governance & Internal Controls<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Maintain robust internal control frameworks<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and schedules<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Drive process improvements to strengthen efficiency and controls<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Strategic & Special Assignments<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Manage finance and compliance for operating and dormant SPVs outside the core structure<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support senior leadership on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
~Investor and regulatory reporting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
~Due diligence exercises<\/p>\n\n\n\n
~Refinancing, restructuring, and project handovers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Provide historical financial data to regulatory or government authorities as required<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support budgeting, financial modelling, and business planning initiatives<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Participate in finance-impacting system or software implementations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Chartered Accountant (CA)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-15\u201320 years of post-qualification experience in infrastructure, InvITs, or large multi-entity organizations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, InvIT regulations, and taxation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proven experience in multi-entity accounting and consolidation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Exposure to road \/ BOT project finance preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Working knowledge of SAP \/ SAP HANA<\/p>\n\n\n\n
