Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Lead end-to-end implementation of corporate travel solutions (OBT\/CBT)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate with internal technology teams and third-party vendors for integrations and API enablement<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Manage UAT cycles, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth go-live<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Deliver user training sessions and prepare implementation and process documentation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure data accuracy, system compliance, and optimal platform performance post-implementation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Act as the primary client point of contact during implementation and transition to BAU (Business as Usual)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues impacting client implementations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different organizational levels<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mandatory Skills & Experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience in corporate travel technology, OBT\/CBT implementations, or GDS-based travel operations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong understanding of corporate travel workflows and system integrations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proven ability to manage client-facing implementations independently<\/p>\n\n\n\n
