Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams across \u2013 Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, and Finance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Analyze end-to-end operational processes including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Work Order lifecycle and execution<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-MES\u2013ERP data interfaces<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Warehouse and logistics workflows<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Lead requirements gathering for initiatives such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Work Orders, Sales Orders, PR\/PO, MRP, and supplier commitment automation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Warehouse picklists, kitting, shipping, and consumables forecasting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Invoice validation and AI-enabled matching processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Document business requirements, functional specifications, data mappings, and process flows<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Define system and integration requirements across ERP, MES, WMS, and third-party platforms<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support solution design, UAT planning, test case preparation, and defect resolution<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure alignment with business rules related to yield, shrinkage, and component usage<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support change management activities, training readiness, and solution rollout<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Experience & Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong experience as a Business Analyst in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics environments<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Hands-on exposure to Oracle ERP and MES platforms<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Solid understanding of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Work Orders, Sales Orders, PR\/PO, and MRP processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Warehouse operations and logistics workflows<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience working on automation and system integration initiatives<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience with WMS implementations or scanner-based warehouse operations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Exposure to AI-enabled automation in finance or supply chain domains<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-SQL or advanced data analysis skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-CBAP or equivalent business analysis certification<\/p>\n\n\n\n
