Performance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Recruit, train, and manage pre-sales calling agents<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct call audits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Track and drive team KPIs including calls, connects, lead qualification %, follow-ups, and site visits<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Build and sustain a high-performance, conversion-focused calling team<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CRM, MIS &amp;
