Key Responsibilities & Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Hands-on experience in Siebel Configuration and Customization<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong working knowledge of Account and Contact Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience with Billing Care and Assistant Agent functionalities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Expertise in Siebel CRM Scripting and Open UI<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience with CRM Order Management, CSW, and EAI integrations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Knowledge of Siebel Workforce Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) \/ Dealer Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Exposure to Siebel Field Service modules<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Development and maintenance of Siebel BI Publisher reports<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience working on Siebel version 20.x and above (preferred)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong telecom domain experience (mandatory)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Good-to-have exposure to RODOD implementations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
