Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Salesforce & Dialer Ecosystem<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Define and lead Salesforce platform strategy across Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Operations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Drive enhancements, adoption, and performance optimization of Salesforce applications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Manage CTI and Dialer integrations for lead management, call recording, analytics, and reporting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Applications & Automation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Oversee enterprise applications supporting Finance, Operations, CRM, and Customer Experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Identify and implement workflow automation using RPA platforms<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Evaluate and deploy AI-driven solutions including chatbots, call intelligence, and predictive analytics<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SAP & System Integrations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Lead integrations between SAP and Salesforce or other enterprise systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting integrity across platforms<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on APIs and system interfaces<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Leadership, Governance & Delivery<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Lead and mentor functional and technical teams across applications and automation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Manage vendors, contracts, and SLAs while standardizing delivery processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Align IT initiatives with business objectives and present KPIs to senior leadership<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Skills & Experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 10\u201315 years of overall IT experience with significant exposure to enterprise applications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, Dialer \/ CTI systems, RPA tools, and SAP integrations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proven leadership in digital transformation, automation, or large-scale application programs<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and people leadership skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Business-focused mindset with excellent communication and decision-making ability<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 B.E. \/ B.Tech \/ MCA \/ MBA<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Salesforce and\/or RPA certifications (preferred)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Exposure to AI platforms, analytics tools, or process intelligence solutions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
