Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Engage with customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders to understand real-world use cases and technical challenges<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Design, develop, and enhance protocol analysis and exerciser software for PCIe and CXL using C++ and C#<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Collaborate with software, FPGA, firmware, and hardware teams to ensure seamless system integration<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Contribute to architectural alignment, feature planning, and roadmap execution with core R&D teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Optimize application performance, stability, and responsiveness through profiling and benchmarking<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Identify, debug, and resolve complex issues across multiple layers of the software stack<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Maintain high standards for code quality, automation, and maintainability within CI\/CD workflows<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Analyze hardware behavior and protocol-level signals to validate and troubleshoot test scenarios in coordination with FPGA and firmware teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Education : Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience : Software Engineer: 3+ years of professional software development experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Senior Software Engineer: 7+ years of relevant experience in complex systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong proficiency in C++ and C# with solid object-oriented design principles<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience developing or maintaining multi-layered, performance-critical software systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Familiarity with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, CXL, USB, Ethernet, NVMe, DDR, or SerDes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proven ability to debug, profile, and optimize software performance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Working knowledge of electronics fundamentals, high-speed digital design, and signal integrity<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., code generation and productivity tools)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preferred Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience with software systems that interface closely with FPGA or firmware components<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Familiarity with Visual Studio, Git, and collaborative development workflows<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Bitbucket<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience working with global or cross-site engineering teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
