Key Responsibilities :<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Project Execution<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Execute road and civil works as per approved work orders within defined cost, quality, and timeline parameters<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure compliance with technical specifications, construction standards, and safety regulations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Site Supervision & Quality Control<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Supervise on-site construction activities and approved construction methodologies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Monitor workmanship quality and enforce safety practices at site<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Billing & Certification<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Verify contractor bills through joint measurements and site certifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure adherence to contractual terms before bill approvals<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Documentation & Reporting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and site reports<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support audits and internal reviews through timely reporting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Resource Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Plan and manage deployment of manpower and machinery<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Optimize resource utilization to achieve cost efficiency<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Drawings & Coordination<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Review construction drawings and designs prior to and during execution<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate with consultants and report discrepancies or improvement suggestions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Survey & Compliance Support<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Assist survey teams with boundary demarcation as per land records<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Coordinate with local authorities for statutory approvals and compliance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stakeholder Coordination<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Liaise with government bodies, consultants, contractors, and internal teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support smooth execution through effective stakeholder communication<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Qualifications & Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Education: Degree in Civil Engineering<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience: 7\u20138 years in road and civil works execution<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong knowledge of IRC and MORTH standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Understanding of quality control systems and site safety practices<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ability to take execution decisions on-site<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English<\/p>\n\n\n\n
