Development | Enterprise Enablement<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Drive revenue growth through enterprise learning solutions and custom content offerings<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets across domestic and international markets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Build strong consultative relationships with senior stakeholders including Learning Heads, Business Leaders, and IT Leadership<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Own bookings, revenue, and margin targets across assigned accounts and regions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Build, maintain, and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and active opportunities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Accelerate customer adoption through structured learning engagement and enablement programs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Plan and execute focused sales campaigns across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing accounts and penetrate new customers and geographies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Analyze account performance and sales metrics to refine sales strategies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps within customer organizations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support customers in identifying priority use cases for emerging technology adoption<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Design detailed learning proposals and structured training roadmaps<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Promote certification and structured learning pathways to drive measurable outcomes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure seamless execution of training programs through continuous customer engagement<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain accurate forecasting and provide regular pipeline updates<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Prepare and deliver business reviews to internal leadership<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market and co-selling opportunities when applicable<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 2+ years of experience in IT solutions or services sales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 1\u20133 years of experience in sales or account management roles<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Good understanding of emerging technologies and enterprise learning trends<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Consultative selling mindset with strong listening skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Highly target-driven with a strong commitment to performance and results<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ability to manage workload and perform under pressure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Willingness to travel as required<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested candidates may please write on rashmita.r@mitrhr.com<\/p>\n<\/body>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Industry : Information Technology | Learning &amp;
