About the Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
We\u2019re looking for a passionate and strategic HR Manager<\/strong> to lead our Human Resources function and ensure smooth, efficient, and people-focused operations.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building structure, engagement, and performance excellence across teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udd39 Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:<\/strong>
End-to-end recruitment through job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.) and seamless onboarding experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udd39 HR Operations & Compliance:<\/strong>
Manage attendance, payroll through HRMS, and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udd39 Performance Management:<\/strong>
Design and implement Job Descriptions (JD)<\/strong>, KRAs<\/strong>, KPIs<\/strong>, and Performance Appraisal Systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udd39 Employee Engagement & Development:<\/strong>
Build engagement programs, conduct training sessions, and foster a positive work culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udd39 Strategic HR Planning:<\/strong>
Forecast manpower needs, develop HR policies, and ensure timely recruitments aligned with business goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udd39 Reports & Administration:<\/strong>
Maintain deployment and asset reports, oversee induction and exit formalities, and manage HR documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
\u2705 Passion for people and a \u201cnever say die\u201d attitude
\u2705 Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities
\u2705 Proficiency in HRMS systems and MS Office tools<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Degree in Human Resource Management<\/strong>
3\u20135 years<\/strong> in a generalist HR role<\/strong>, with experience leading end-to-end HR operations
Fluent in English, Hindi<\/strong>, and at least one regional language<\/p>\n\n\n\n
