About the Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Sales<\/strong> to lead our national sales operations within the travel trade segment<\/strong>. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth, developing market presence, and building long-term client partnerships across corporate, MICE, and group travel markets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\ude80 Develop and execute robust sales strategies aligned with business goals
\ud83e\udd1d Build and strengthen partnerships with corporate clients, travel agents, and industry partners
\ud83d\udc65 Lead, mentor, and inspire regional and national sales teams to achieve ambitious targets
\ud83d\udcca Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion
\ud83d\udcbc Manage high-value negotiations and strategic contracts
\ud83d\udcc8 Deliver accurate forecasts and insightful performance reports
\ud83c\udf10 Represent the company at travel trade events, exhibitions, and forums<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What You Bring<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf93 Graduate degree; MBA preferred<\/strong>
\ud83d\udcaa 15+ years<\/strong> of experience in Travel Sales & Client Acquisition<\/strong>, with at least 3\u20135 years in a leadership role<\/strong>
\ud83c\udf0d Proven track record in Corporate, MICE, or Travel Trade Sales<\/strong>
\ud83d\udcca Expertise in strategic planning, negotiation, and sales analytics tools (CRM proficiency)<\/strong>
\ud83d\udca1 Strong commercial acumen and leadership capability<\/p>\n\n\n\n
