About the Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
We\u2019re looking for an experienced Planning Engineer \/ Sr. Planning Engineer<\/strong> to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in project planning, billing, cost variance analysis, and risk management<\/strong> within real estate or infrastructure projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Prepare DPRs, budgets, monthly programs, bulk material schedules<\/strong>, and progress reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Conduct risk analysis<\/strong>, maintain hindrance and drawing registers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Perform quantity surveying (QS)<\/strong> \u2014 verifying quantities from CAD\/PDF drawings as per IS codes for client and subcontractor billing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Execute DC\/IDC analysis, cost analysis, and revenue recognition<\/strong> for projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Handle rate analysis<\/strong>, vendor finalization, and procurement for project services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Represent the company in meetings with clients and consultants<\/strong> for drawings and site issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure cost control<\/strong> and profitability through accurate planning and monitoring.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
B.E.\/B.Tech in Civil Engineering<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
5+ years<\/strong> of relevant experience in planning, billing, and project control<\/strong> (real estate\/infrastructure preferred)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proficiency in cost variance, risk, and material management<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
