Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n
Understand job descriptions and post open positions on job portals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Source, screen, and shortlist resumes based on requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely feedback and follow-ups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Manage onboarding formalities \u2014 document collection, induction, and orientation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure timely handover of joining kits to all new joinees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Prepare and issue HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and internship letters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Maintain HRMS records and ensure compliance with internal processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Support HR operational tasks as and when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably from the manufacturing sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
